Bon Macaron Patisserie is recognizable for its displays of colorful, bite-sized French macarons, stacked in towers or arranged in rows inside a former shoe store on Broad Street. Owners Yann Fougere and David Boetti, friends from their university days in the south of France, opened this location in December two thousand twelve.
