Il Terrazzo sits along Waddington Alley, a narrow passage built in eighteen fifty-eight that remains the city's last street paved with its original wood blocks. The restaurant is recognizable by its wrought-iron doors and the enclosed, heated courtyard that allows diners to sit under the open sky even in the colder months of the year. Inside, the space features exposed brick walls, wood-beam ceilings, and six wood-burning fireplaces that are lit every evening.
