The Gasthaus Zum Roten Ochsen is identifiable by its dark wood interior, where the tables carry generations of carved names and initials. Built in seventeen oh three, this historic tavern in the heart of Heidelberg has been under the continuous ownership of the Spengel family since eighteen thirty-nine.
