St. Martha is a medieval church tucked away from the busy Königstraße, reached by an alleyway between two houses. Founded in thirteen fifty-six by Conrad and John von Waldstromer, the building was originally a pilgrims' hospice and was consecrated in thirteen eighty-five. Its most notable feature is a collection of stained-glass windows in the chancel, dating from thirteen ninety to fourteen thirty, which survived damage during the Second World War because they had been removed for safekeeping.
