Man Mandir Ghat is identified by the prominent stone palace perched directly above the riverfront steps, featuring a distinct, ornate balcony at its northern end. Originally constructed as a residence by Raja Man Singh of Amer around sixteen hundred, the site was known for centuries as Someswara Ghat after the nearby temple dedicated to Lord Shiva.
