The Dwór Cechu Młynarzy, or Millers’ Guild House, occupies the point of Tarcza Island, separated from the rest of the city by the branches of the Radunia Canal. It is a half-timbered structure, recognizable by its dark wooden beams contrasting against light-colored panels, which sits at a narrow riverside bend. This building once served as the headquarters for the city’s powerful millers’ guild and functioned as the essential administrative support for the nearby Great Mill.
