Thermae Bath Spa

Thermae Bath Spa is a square, glass-enclosed building of Bath stone that rises above the honey-colored Georgian architecture in the city center. It is the only day spa in the United Kingdom fed by natural thermal springs. This water, which surfaces at a temperature of thirty-five and a half degrees Celsius, fell as rain ten thousand years ago before percolating three kilometers into the earth to be heated by geothermal pressure.
