Thirteen Queen Square is a five-story, Grade I listed Georgian townhouse featuring classic sash windows, fine cornicing, and original fireplaces. It stands as part of a grand Palladian terrace designed by architect John Wood the Elder, who began developing the square between seventeen twenty-eight and seventeen thirty-six. The building is distinguished by its symmetrical stone façade, which was conceived as part of a larger palace-like composition intended to restore Bath to its classical architectural glory.
