The Rebecca Fountain stands near the north side of Bath Abbey, distinguished by a draped white marble statue of a woman holding a jug. Erected in eighteen sixty-one, this Grade II listed fountain was a gift from the Bath Temperance Association. The statue depicts the biblical figure Rebecca, posed as if pouring water into a bowl, and the structure itself sits upon a base of grey pennant stone.
