Porte Molitor de Paris

The Immeuble Molitor stands out for its facade of glass blocks and dark metal framing, which broke from the traditional stone architecture of the surrounding Parisian streets when it was completed in nineteen thirty-four. Designed by the architect Le Corbusier and his cousin Pierre Jeanneret, the eight-story residential building was the world’s first apartment block to feature entirely glazed facades.
